Some Goeggel & Weidner cards indicate "Copyright Goeggel & Weidner, Publishers" (e.g., Goeggel & Weidner 1), but this just credits "Goeggel & Weidner, Publishers", presumably because of the Taber copyright. The other cards above credit "Charles Weidner, Photographer", even though Weidner was not the photographer of this image.
- Weidner 35, stock number typo '85' for '35', Weidner credit front left, AutoChrom logo, undivided back, caption "... in Holy of Holies..." rather than "... in the Holy of Holies...".
- Weidner 35, Weidner credit front left, no AutoChrom logo, post-quake caption added, undivided back; postmarked SF 12/21/1908.
- Weidner 35, credit moved to back, post-quake caption, divided back.
Weidner Catalog shows one additional Weidner 35 variant: Weidner credit as 'Publisher' not 'Photographer', AutoChrom logo, no 'California', undivided back.
