Fast Forward was a software package from Mark Williams Company for IBM PCs running MS-DOS (2.0 or later). It improved software performance by implementing a RAM disk. It cost $70 in 1987. Mark Williams Company also produced Let's C C Compiler and csd C Source Debugger for IBM PCs running MS-DOS.

My copy of the Fast Forward distribution is a 7"x9"x.75" box, ISBN 0-927860-07-4, containing a user manual, one 5.25" DOS floppy disk, and several printed sheets. The user manual is Rev. 3 from 1987, 6.75" x 8.5", staple bound, ii + 56 pp. In October 2020, I scanned some pages from the front and back of the manual and the other material included in the distribution (here as .jpg, below as .pdf). I had hoped to regenerate the entire manual from the original source, as I did for Let's C C Compiler and csd C Source Debugger, but sadly the manual sources are not in this archival tarball.
