Stanford: Agassiz Statue

Left: American News, b+w. Right: American News 93396, color. The front caption content is unchanged. The color version adds "Leipzig Berlin Dresden" under the publisher credit and adds the Litho-Chrome logo on the back. A passing Stanford professor remarked, "I always liked Agassiz better in the abstract than in the concrete." The statue survived, and after minor nose repair it stands above the entrance to Jordan Hall in 2020.
