Coleslaw
			Dressing:
			
				- 1 c. veg. oil
 
				- 1/3 c. sugar
 
				- 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
 
				- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
 
				- 1 tsp. celery seed
 
				- Salt to taste
 
			
			Slaw:
			
				- 1 head cabbage (red or green)
 
				- 3 large carrots
 
				- 1 small red onion
 
				- 1/4 c. raisins
 
				- 1/4 c. fresh basil
 
				- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro
 
			
			Instructions:
			
				- Bring oil, sugar and vinegar to a boil.
 
				- Add remaining dressing ingredients, stir well, then cool.
 
				- Shred lettuce and carrots, mince onion, basil, and cilantro.
 
				- Chop raisins slightly if desired.
 
				- Pour on dressing and mix well.
 
				- Keep chilled.
