uumkdir -- Command

Create UUCP directories
/usr/lib/uucp/uumkdir [-m mode ] [-p] directory ...

The  command uumkdir  creates  each directory  named on  its command  line.
Option  -m sets  the permissions  on the newly  created directory  to mode,
which must be a three-numeral octal number.
