dosmkdir -- Command

Create a directory in an MS-DOS file system
dosmkdir device:directory

dosmkdir makes directory in an MS-DOS file system. device names the
floppy-disk or hard-disk device that holds the file system to be modified,
e.g., /dev/fha0. You can also build a file of aliases so that you can
access the drives as a, b, etc. For details, see the Lexicon entry for
doscp, which explains how to set up defaults for the dos family of
commands.

Example

The following command creates directory mydir. It assumes that you have
defined a to be a device in which is set an MS-DOS file system:

    dosmkdir a:/mydir
