Location: Lanesboro, MN and Rushford, MN.
Date: guessing 1951, on basis of SAN's age (4?) and DN's age (11?),
	consistent with slide mount dating as noted above.

Bill is PNN's uncle Bill, Alvin William Higham, the youngest brother
of Norman's mother Julia Higham (in family of 12 kids!).
Stella is his wife Stella Hefte Higham.

p11 ff.: playing on the river with other kids, presumably on "Burt's boat" as noted by ERN,
	but SAN has no clue who Bert was.
p15: Bill & Stella.
p23 ff.: Higham family at family reunion in Rushford MN.
	Anton Ness is seated at center wearing tie.
	ERN is seated right of Anton, holding SAN, DN crouching next to her.
p25: Higham family, presumably all siblings and spouses from Julia's generation.
