This page lists property data related to the Mitchell dairy. It lists all the lots on the south side of 29th Street between Noe and Castro (Horner's Addition block 6630), plus a few lots on Day St. side of the block (in back of 29th lots). Lots on the block were originally numbered 1-46, clockwise starting at 29th/Noe; a few have since been subdivided for condos. All the lots on 29th are 25'x114' except the corner lot at Noe (30'x114'). Street addresses changed ca. 1906.

At NW corner Noe/Day: Margaret Mitchell to Edward Connors 7/11/1908 $10 114'x120' (behind 001/046/045/043/042, roughly).

- 1886 Sanborn: Buildings on three parcels: double lot 046/045 ("505"), double lot 044/043, single lot 040. Neither street addresses nor lot numbers correspond to current.
- 1886 Alta 8/26/1886: Bridget Murray sells lot 29th/Castro 642.6x584. The notice does not say which corner; I'm guessing SW. A standard Horner's Addition block is 228'x560', so that's about 3 standard blocks.
- 1886 Alta 3/18/1887: Bridget Murray sells lot 29th/Castro 642.6x584 $5 (same as 8/26/1886 or different?).
- 1900 Sanborn (sheet 659): 001 corner store/saloon; double 046/045; double 044/043; singles 040, 038, 037; four houses on Day.
- 1901 Block Book (p. 711): 001 Jas. McCormick, 046/045/044/043 Hibernia, 042 Cath. Mitchell, 038 Annie Murray, 037 Mary Murray.
- 1905 Sanborn (sheet 660): 29th same as 1900 Sanborn; additional houses on Day; Clement School penciled in at Noe/Day.
- 1906 Black Book (Jan.) (p. 272): 001 McCormick, Margaret Mitchell big chunk was Hibernia 1901, 042 Cath. Mitchell, no Murray 038/037.
