Mission High School

Location: 18th Street (north side) between Church/Dolores.

The original Mission High building at Dolores/18th was built in 1898. It survived the 1906 earthquake, although all buildings across Dolores from it were destroyed in the fire (see my Dolores Park 1906 page), and it was used for refugee services during earthquake recovery. The building was destroyed by fire in 1922 and replaced with the current Mission High building on the same site.
