Baldwin Hotel

Location: 870 Market (Market/Powell, NE corner).

Comstock Lode millionaire E.J. "Lucky" Baldwin built the Baldwin Theatre and the Baldwin Hotel at Market/Powell in 1875-1876. The building was destroyed by fire in 1898. The Flood Building was then built on the same site.
